General Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal
of Thomas Green< no role > of the Precint of
St. Catherine in the said County

Sheweth.

That by an Order under the hands and Seals
of Robert Dennett< no role > and Richard Ricards< no role > Esqrs: two
of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the sd: County
one being of the Quorum bearing Date the 13th. day of January 1734 Yor. Petr. Stands Adjudged
the Father of a Female Bastard Child born of the
body of Sarah Bills< no role > Widow in the Parish of St.
Botolph without Aldgate in the said County

That yor: Petr. humbly Conceives himself
agreived by the said Order of the said two
Justices and Prays that a day may be
appointed in this present General Quarter
Sessions for Vacating the said Order and that
all persons Concerned may be Ordered to Attend

And yor. Petr: as in Duty bound
Shall ever Pray Etc.
