conveyed from the parish of St. Giles in the Fields
in the
said County of Middx to the Said parish of Aylesbury
in the
Said County of Bucks as the place of the last legal Settlemt.

That Your. Petrs. finding themselves aggreived by the
Said Warrant or Order of the Said two Justices of the peace
humbly appeale to this Court against the Same.
And forasmuch as your Petrs. cannot be ready to
prosecute their Said appeale this present Sessions
humbly pray that Your Worships would be pleased
to Adjourn the hearing of the Said Appeale untill the
next General Sessions of the peace to be held for this
County And that Some day may be appointed
therein for all Parties concerned to Attend to hear &
abide the Judgment & determination of this Court
touching the Said Appeale.
