the peace for the County of Middx Assembled in
General Quarter Sessions.

The Humble Petition & appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Aylesbury in the County of Bucks.

Sheweth

That by Warrant or Order under the hands and Seales
of John Milner< no role > and John Mercer< no role > Esqrs. two of his Maties Justices
of the peace for the Said County of Middx (one being of the
Quorum) bearing date the twenty fourth day of March 1734
Barbara Brandon< no role > wife of William Brandon< no role > & their four
Children (to wit)Vizt. Mary < no role > aged almost Nine Years & [..]
[..] William < no role > aged Six years Elizabeth < no role > aged four
years & Henry < no role > aged almost two years were removed &
conveyed from the parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the
said County of Middx to the Said parish of Aylesbury in the
Said County of Bucks as the place of the last legal Settlemt.
of the Said Barbara Brandon< no role > & four Children.

That Your. Petrs. finding themselves aggreived by the
Said Warrant or Order of the Said two Justices of the peace
humbly appeale to this Court against the Same.

And forasmuch as your Petrs. cannot be ready to
prosecute their Said appeale this present Sessions
humbly pray that Your Worships would be pleased
to Adjourn the hearing of the Said Appeale untill the
next General Sessions of the peace to be held for this
County And that Some day may be appointed
therein for all Parties concerned to Attend to hear &
abide the Judgment & determination of this Court
touching the Said Appeale.
