and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish ofSaint
Martin in the Fields
unto us whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace

able, if not timely prevented: And Whereas, upon due Examinati-
on and Enquiry made into the Premises,and also upon Oath
and other Circumstances
it appears unto us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said

like to become chargeable unto the said Parish ofSaint Martin in
the Fields
and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the said

the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of

Name, and by Virtue of the Statues in such Case made, forthwith to
