The Humble Peticon of Thomas Dicey< no role >

Sheweth


That your Petr. hath served the Office of Constable
for the Parish of Kensington for the space of one
Yeare that there hath not been any Court Leet
lately holden nor likely to be holden for a
considerable time for the Manner wherein the
said Parish doth lye.

Yor Peticoner therefore humbly prays
that this Court would be pleased to
discharge him from his said office of
Constable & that your Worps; would be
pleased to appoint Daniel Mr Phunn
of the same parish Victualler to serve
the sd office of Constable in your
Petrs. Room & stead the sd Mr Phunn
being a Substantial householder
in the said Parish

And your Petr. in Duty bound shall pray Etc.
