Sessions Assembled

The humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Hardin in the County of
Hertford

Middlesex


That by warrant or order dated the fourth day of
MayInstantlast and under the hands and seals of Richard
Birson
< no role > Esqr. and John Bathbone< no role > Esqr. two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for thesaidCounty of Middx
(whereof one is of the Quorum) William Hogan< no role >
Son of William Hogan< no role > by Jane < no role > his Wife aged near
two Years was passed and removed from the Parish
of Saint Mary Le Bone in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Hardin in the
County of Hertford under a pretense as your
Petitioners are informed of its being the pl [..] of [..]
his last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said order of the said two Justices
of the Peace and humbly appeal to this Court against the same

Therefore your said Petitioners most
humbly pray a day to be appointed sometime
this present or the next General [..] Sessions of the Peace for
the said County of Middlesex for the hearing and
determining this their Petition and appeal

And Your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc
