At the General Quarter Session of the peace of
our sovereign Lord the King, holden for the County
of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John street in the
County aforesaid on Monday the eighth day of
July in theseventheighth yeare of the reign of our
sovereign Lord George the second King of Great
Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Giles in the
fields in this County have notice of this appeale, and
that they & all persons concerned doe attend this Court on
Thursday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to
heare & abide the Judgmt. & determinacon of this Court
touching the said appeale,
