appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Barrs in the said
County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That Mary Wilson< no role > This name instance is in set 376. Spinster was by Order
of Pass warrant dated the 4th day of June 1734
Under the hands and Seals of John Milner< no role > and
John Mercer< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the said County of Middlesex (one
whereof being of the Quorum) Removed & Convey'd
from the parish of St Giles in the Fields in the
same County to the said parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the barrs as the place of her last
Legall Settlement

Your Petitioners Humbly
Conceive themselves aggrieved
thereby and appeal from the judgmt
of the said two Justices to the Judgment
of this Honourable Court and desire
a day of hearing may be appointed
this present Sessions And that all
persons concern'd may be ordered to
Attend to hear and abide the Judgmt
and Determinacon of this Court
touching the said Appeal
