At the General Quarter Sessions of the peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex as
Hicks's Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid
on Monday the Eighth day of July in the Eighth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second [..]
King of Great Britain France and Ireland Defender
of the Faith.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the poor of the parish of Saint John the Evangelist in this County
have Notice of this Appeal and that they and all persons
concerned do Attend this Court on Friday-Next at ten
a Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
