Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us his
Maties Justices of the Peace of the Said County of Middx
(One being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George
abovesaid
that

with their three
Children that is to say.

aged ten years
Mary < no role >
aged three years and

aged Five
Months are lately come into the Said Parish endeavouring
to Settle themselves and said three Children there contrary
to Law And the said

being in Poor
and mean Circumstances we adjudge him and his Said
wife and Children likely to become chargeble to the said
Parish And Whereas it Appearreth unto us the said
Justices of the Peace upon the Exaiminacon of the said
Mathew Tompson< no role >
taken upon his Oath that he was last
Legally Settled in the Parish of Saint Nicolas Olave
in
the said City of London
Which we do find and Adjudge
to be true and where by Law he and his said wife and
Children are to be sent
These are therefore in his Maties Name to
will and require you to convey and Pass the said

and his said wife and said three
Children from your said parish of St. George
to the
Parish of St. Nicolas Olave
abovesaid and deliver
them to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
there or to Some or one of them who are hereby required
to provide for them According to Law: Given under our
hands and Seales this 16th day of May Anno Dom 1734
