Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands & Seales
of Oliver Lambart< no role > & Miles Harper< no role > Esqrs two
of His Maties Justices of the peace for the sd
County one being of the Quorum be a ring Date the 27th day of May
last past Richard Williams< no role > & Susan < no role > his wife
were remov'd from the parish of St. James
within the Liberty of Westminster in the said
County to the said Parish of St. George Bloomsbury
as the place of their last legall Settlemt.

Yor. Petrs. think themselves aggrieved
by the Judgmt: of the said two Justices
of the peace Appeale to this Court
against the same & humbly pray
that Yor. Worships will be pleased
to appoint some day this Sessions
to hear & determine the same
