thereof and at the same time shewed him the said
petition & Order, And that she also did on Saturday-
the twenty third day of February instant deliver-
notice in writing to the said John Fowler< no role > signed
by the said James Jones< no role > purporting that this Court
would be moved this twenty fifth day of February
instant at ten of the clock in the forenoon for their
Judgement & determination touching the matters
contained in the said petition, And for that
neither the said John Fowler< no role > nor any other
person on his behalfe doe appeare in this Court
to shew cause against dischargeing the Sd. James-
Jones the Petr. from his said apprenticehood, It is
for the reasons aforesaid Ordered by this Court-
that the said James Jones< no role > the Petr. be and he is
hereby absolutely discharged of & from his said
apprenticehood to the said John Fowler< no role > , And wee
whose hands & seales are hereunto sett being four
of his Maties JusticesJusticesof the peace for this
County (one of us being of the Quorum) present at-
the said Sessions have pronounced & declared-
and doe pronounce & declare that for the
reasons aforesaid wee have discharged and doe-
accordingly discharge the said James Jones< no role > the Petr.
of & from his apprenticehood to the said John-
Fowler, Dated, under our hands & seales the sd.
twenty fifth day of February in the aforesaid
seventh yeare of the reign of his present Maties
King George the second,
