Undershaft London Cordwainer Maketh Oath that
he this Depont was employ'd by Mr John South< no role > Merchant
& Mr Samuel South< no role > House Ironmonger Churchwarden
of the aforesd. Parish to agree wth: one nurse Mitcham
for the meat drink washing & lodging of John Abchurch< no role >
Elizabeth< no role > his wife & there two children & this Depont.
saith that he did agree wth: the sd. Mitcham for eleven
shillings P Week for the same & that the sd Abchurch
& his Family hath been provided for by the said
Mitcham from the first day of December last untill
this prsent time wth: at eleven shillings P Week
amounts to four pounds eight shillings wth: sd Sume
hath been paid by this Depont. to the said Mitcham
for their maintenance & this Depont. further saith
that the sd Abchurch & his Family were sick when
they were removed from the Parish of St Luke &
continued sick for seven Weeks of the time
abovemenconed
