Peace for the County of Middlesex in their Generall
Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The humble Petition appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the parish of St Giles in the fields in the
said County.

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands & Seals of
James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480. & William Jones< no role > Esqrs. two of his Maties Justices
of the Peace for the said County (whereof one is the Quorum)
bearing date the Fourteenth day of November last James
Bowen< no role > aged about twenty one years and Catherine< no role > his wife
were removed from out of the parish of St Martin in the
Fileds in the said County to the said parish of St. Giles in the
Fields as the place of their last legall Settlement.

Yor. Petrs. therefore thinking themselves
agrieved by the Order of the said two Justices
Appeale to this Court against the same &
humbly pray yor. Worsps will be pleased
to appoint a day for hearing & determining
the same

And yor. Petr. shall ever pray Etc
