Whereas Complaint hath been
made unto us two of his Majties: Justices
of the peace for the sd. County one whereof is of
the (Quor.un:) by the Overseers of the poor of
the precinct of Saint Katherins in the sd. County
That Barbara< no role > the wife of Miles Rains< no role > and her
two Children that is to say) William< no role > aged about
Four Years and Miles< no role > aged about one year
the Lawfull Issue of the sd. Miles Rains< no role > and
Barbara his wife are
lately come into the sd. precinct
contrary to Law And that they
are likely to be Chargeable to the Sd:
precinct Wee the sd: Justices upon
Examination of the premisesand of
upon Oath do
Adjudge the Same to be true And that
the last place of the Legal Settlement
of the sd: Barbara Rains< no role > and her two
Childrenis in the parish of Saint
George in Hanover Square in the County
aforesaid

his Majties: Name to Command you on Sight
hereof to remove and convey the Sd: Barbara
Rains
< no role > and her two Children
from and out of the said precinct of Saint
Katherins to the Sd: parish of Saint
George in Hanover square and deliver them to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there
or to one of them who are hereby required
to receive and provide for thanaccording
to Law Given under our Hands & Seals
the 19thday of December [..] 1733

To theOverseers of the poor of the
precinct of St. Katherines in the County of Midlx
And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. George in Hanover square in the said County
