It is Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the precinct of Saint Catharines in this County have Notice of this
Appeal and that they and all persons concern'd do Attend this Court
an Fridaynext of ten a Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide
the Judgment and Determination of this Court touching the said
