The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint George Hanover Square
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warranter Order under the hands and
Seals of Richard Ricards< no role > an Robert Donnel< no role > Esquires two of His Majestys
Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex bearing date the Nineteenth
day of December last Barbara< no role > the Wife of Miles Rains< no role > and her Children
(that is to say) William< no role > aged about four years and Miles< no role > aged about one year
were removed from the Precinct of Saint Katherines in the said County to
the parish of Saint George Hanover Square as the place of the is last legall
Settlement whereby your Petitioner think themselves Agrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly prays this
Court will please to Appoint a time for hearing
the said Appeal and that all persons concern'd
may Attend at the Same time

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray and so forth
