in the County of Middlesex Farrier Maketh Oath
That he this Depont. is not only afflicted with and Astmah
but also with a Complication of other Distempers with
which he has been lately often times so suddenly seized That
he is incapable of getting house though in his nearest
Neighbourhood, without a great date of difficulty; whereby
this Depont: is rendered unable to execute the Office of High
Constable for the Hundred of Islework in the sd. County. And
this Depont. further saith, That he is ready & Willing to take
upon him the sd. Office, if his State of Health would Permit him
to execute the same without manifest Danger of his Life
