Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us Two of his Maties Justices
of the peace for the Said County (Quor. me.) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary Whitechappell in the said
County that Judith < no role > the Wife of Benjamin Tyler< no role > with Benjamin < no role >
their Son aged about Two Years the Lawfull Issue of the said
Benjamin Tyler< no role > & Judith his Wife are lately come into the said
parish endeavouring to Settle there Contrary to Law & are likely to
berome Chargeable to the Said parish Wee the said Justices upon
Examinacon of the premises & of the Said Judith Tyler< no role > upon Oath
do Adjudge the Same to be true & that the last place of the
Legall Settlement of the Said Judith Tyler< no role > & Benjamin
the Child is in the Parish of St. Peter Poor in Broad Street in
the City of London

These are therefore in his Maties name to
require You & every of You upon Sight hereof to remove &
Convey the Said Judith Tyler< no role > of Benjamin the Child from
out of the Said Parish of St. Mary Whitechappell To the said
Parish of St. Peter Poor and them deliver unto the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor there or to one of them who are hereby
required to recieve & provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands & Seals the 15th. day of March Anne Dui
1732.

To the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary
Whitechappell in the County of Midlx And To the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Peter Poor in Broad Street
in the Citty of London
