To the Right Worshipfull his Majestyes Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
their Generall Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor
of theChur Parish of Saint Andrew
Under shaft in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seales of Nicholas Jeffreys< no role >
and Barwell Smith< no role > Esquires two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex (one whereof
is mentioned to be of the Quorum) bearing
date the twenty seventh day of February
last Mary Bell< no role > was removed and conveyed
from the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
above the Barrs in the said County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint
Andrew Undershaft [..] in the City of London
called in the said Order the united parishes
of St Mary Ax and Saint Andrew
Undershaft alledging therein that the
saidunto Parish of St Andrew Undershaft
in the City of London is the place of
the last legal settlement of the said Mary
Bell

Your Petitioners finding themselves
aggreived by the aforesaid Order of the said two
Justices humbly Appeal against the same
unto their Court And Forasmuch as your Petitioners cann
be ready to prosecute their said Appeal
this present Sessions Humbly pray that
your Worships would be pleased to adjorn
the hearing and determining the Said
Appeal untill the next Generall Sessions
of the peace & that your Worships would
appoint some Day therein for all parties
concerned to attend to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeas
