of Aldenham
in the Liberty of Saint Albons
in the County of Hertford

Sheweth
That by an Order made by
William Dobyns< no role >
and
Thomas Inwood< no role >
Esquires
Two of his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the said County of Middlesex
(Quorum
Unus) being therein mentioned Dated the seventeenth day of March 1732/3 Your said Petitioner is thereby
adjudged to be the Putative Father of a Female Bastard Child then lately born in
the parish of Stanmore magne
in the said County of Middlesex
on the body of Anne
Fern and in the said Order mentioned likely to be chargeable to the said parish of
Stanmore magna
And it is also by the said Order Ordered that as well for the Relief
of the said Parish of Stanmore magna
as also for provision and Maintenance of the said
Child that Your said Petitioner
Thomas Neal< no role >
shall weekly and every Week from the
twentieth day of March
and so long as the said Child shall be chargeable to the said
pay to the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the [..] parish
parish of Stanmore magna
for the time being the Sum of two shillings Per Week for
and towards the Maintenance of the said Child And itt is by the said Order further
ordered that your said Petitioner
Thomas Neal< no role >
shall immediately pay to the Churchwardens
or Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of Stanmore magna
the Sum of one pound
seven shillings and two pence for and towards the Extraordinary Charges they have
been at in maintaining the said Anne Fern during the time of her lying in And Your
Petitioner is also by the said Order Ordered to give sufficient Security to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Stanmore magna
aforesaid for the
due performance of the aforesaid Order

Your Petitioner thinking himself aggrieved by the said Order and
Adjudgement of the said two Justices of the Peace
humbly appeals
to this Court against the same And Prayes that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Stanmore magna
and all other parties concerned may be ordered to attend this Court
some day this present Sessions to hear and abide the Determinations
of your Worships touching this Appeal
And Your Petitioner shall ever Pray
