of the peace holden for the said County, Now Forasmuch
as this Court is of opinion that the hearing of the said
appeale should be further adjourned It is Ordered
by this Court that the benefit of the said appeale
be saved unto the said Appellants, And that the
hearing and determining thereof be and the same
is hereby further adjourned untill the next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for this
County, And that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of Saint James
Westminster (upon service of a copy of this
Order) and all persons concerned doe attend the
Court of the said next General Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for the said County by
adjornment on Friday the twenty ninth day of
June next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to
heare and abide the Judgment and determination
of the same Court touching the said appeale,
