The humble Petition and Appeale of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the Said County of
Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order dated the fifth day of March One thousand
Seven hundred & thirty two under the hands and Seales of Richard Ricards< no role >
& Andrew Osborne< no role > Esqrs two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the Said
County (quor unus) Katherine Walkinton< no role > Widdow was removed & Conveyed
from the Hamblett of Bethnal Green in the Said County to the Said
parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate as the place of her last legall
Settlement.

That your Petr apprehend themselves to be aggreived by the Said Order of the
Said two Justices And doe appeale to this Court against the same.

Your Petrs therefore pray this Court would be pleased to
appoint Some day in this present Sessions for the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the Said Hamblett of Bethnall
Green and all other persons concerned to attend this Court
touching the said Appeale And that your Petrs may be
releived therein according to Law.
