Whereas Complaint hath been made unto as Two of his Maties Justices
of the peace
for the said county (Quor. uns.) by the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Mary Whitechappell
in the said County that

are lately come into the said Parish
endeavoring to settle there Contrary to Law and are likely to become
Chargeable to the said parish Wee the said Justices of the peace upon Examinacon
ot the Premises and of the said

upon Oath do adjudge the same
to be True & that the last Place of the legall Settlement of the said John
Poniter & Mary his Wife
is in the parish of St. Andrew Undershaft
in the
Citty of London

These are therefore in his Maties name to require you
& every of you upon sight hereof to remove & Convey the said
John Pointer< no role >
and
Mary his Wife
From & out of the said parish of St. Mary Whitechappell
to
the said Parish of St. Andrew Undershaft
and then deliver to the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor there or to one of them who are hereby required to
recieve & Privide for them according to Law Given under our hands
& Seals the 8th. Day of November
1732.
