The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Mary le Bone in the
County of Middx

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands & Seales
of Bowater lemon< no role > and James Stewart< no role > Esqrs two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx bearing date the twenty first day of December last
Charles Disney< no role > aged Seventy five Years was Removed from the parish of St. George
Hanover Square in the said County to the said Parish of St Mary le Bone as the
place of his last legall Settlement Whereby your Petitioners think themselves
agrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly prays this
Court will please to Appoint a time for hearing
the said Appeal and that all persons concern'd
may Attend the Same time

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
