Justices of the peace for the County
of Midd in General Quarter Sessions
Assembled

The humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of St. Clements Ipswich in
the County of Suffolk .

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a warrant or Order under the hands
and Seals of Thomas Jones< no role > and John Priestley< no role > Esqrs.
two of his Majties: Justices of the Peace for the Said
County of Midd bearing date the Second Day of October
last past Mary Bishop< no role > was Removed and Conveyed
from and out of the parish of St Paul Shadwell in the
County of Midd aforesaid and on or about the Seventh
day of the same Month [..] was brought into the said
parish of St Clements Ipswich in the said County of
Suffolk as her last legal place of Settlement

Your Peticoners conceiving themselves
aggreived by the said Order of the
Said two Justices of the peace humbly
appeal to this Court against the
Same and pray this Court will
appoint a Day this Prsent Sessions
for the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the Parish of St. Paul
Shadwell aforesaid and all other
parties concerned to attend this Court
to hear & abide the Judgmt. &
Determinacon of this Court touching
the said Appeal and yor Peticoners
Shall ever Pray Etc.
