To the Right Worpll his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx

The humble Peticon and Appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate
in the said County.

Sheweth


That by Warrant or Order dated the 22d. day of November last
under the hands & Seales of Ralph Harwood< no role > and Joseph Goodard< no role > Esqrs
two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the Said County (quor unus) one
Elizabeth Black< no role > was removed & Conveyed from the Parish of St.
Leonard Shoreditch in the Said County to the Said parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate as the place of her last legall Settlement

That Your Petrs apprehend themselves to be aggreived by the said
Order of the Said two Justices and doe appeale to this Court agt
the Socine.

Your Petrs therefore pray this Court would be pleased to
appoint Some day in this present Sessions for the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch and all other persons
concerned to attend this Court to hear & abide the
Judgment & determinacon of this Court touching the
Said Appeale, and that your Petrs may be releived therein
According to Law.

And your Petrs shall ever pray Etc.
