Court, and hopes to make it appeare that the sd. Order was
not made according to law, And that the Petr. was
dureing this present sessions bound by recognizance
taken before Peter Lavigne< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties Justices
of the peace for this County for his appearance at the
next Generall Sessions of the peace to be held for this
County to answer the premisses, And the Petr. praying
that his said appeale may be saved to him, and that
the same may be adjorned to the first or second day of
the next Generall or Generall Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be held for this County, And that the Petr.
may be releived in the premisses, It is ordered by this
Court that the benefit of the said appeale be saved
to the said Appellant, and that the heareing and
determining thereof be adjorned to the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this
County, And that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St. Martin in the
fields upon notice hereof & all other persons
concerned doe attend his Maties. Justices of the peace
for this County at the next Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be held for the sd. County
by adjornmt. on Tuesday the twenty sixthday of
Aprilnext at ten of the clock in the forenoon to
heare & abide their Judgmt. & determinacon
touching the said appeale.
