Whereas upon reading the humble Peticon & Appeale

of the parish of St. James Clerkenwell in this County in
behalfe of themselves & other inhabitants of the said
parish exhibited unto this Court setting forth That Gey

said County Intisting in and neare the said parish of St
James Clerkenwell did by an Order under their hands
