And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
both the said parishes doe then attend this Court to heare
& abide the Judgmt, & determinacon of this Court
touching the said appeale, And It is further
ordered by this Court that in case the said appeale
be allowed the Churchwardens & overseers of the
poor of the said parish of St. Mary Whitechappell
shallpay or some or one of them shall pay unto
the said Appellants or one of them such sume of
money as this Court shall adjudge reasonable and
Order to be allowed to them for the costs by them
sustained in maintaining the said Robert Alcock< no role > &
Mary< no role > his wife & the sd. Ann< no role > their daughter untill
the time of hearing the sd. appeale & alsoe in &
about the prosecucon thereof,
