These Psons by vertice of an ordr. or Pass Warrt. bearing date the
19th. of Febry last under the hands & Seals of two Justices Etc were
removed from Cripplegate Middx [..] Cripplegate London upon the oath
of thesd. Mathew Taylor< no role > that he was born there & where he lived with his
Father Thomas Taylor< no role > .

Note yt. this

Mathew Taylor< no role > on whose oath the Pass was made, has last his intellects by
fitts Etc, that he's hardly fitt to be sworn, & acknowledges the same himself,
& chan'd he be Examined held contradict himself, he says his above 40
years of age & yt. when he was att 3 or 4 years old, his Father removed from
Cripplegate London to Butcherhall Lane in the Pish of Christ Church and
contained there till his death [..] 22 years agre. Contrary to yt. he says
his Father lived in Cripplegate London at the time of the hard frost Etc

make good their ordr. which are suppose will be attempted
to be done by the oath of thesd. Matthew Taylor< no role > , whose evidence yon'l
find as above. Ask him if he was not putted to Christ Church formerly
& her he came from thence.

To prove a Subsequt.
Settlemt.

If he makes out a settlemt. once in Cripplegate
London , Please to Call this evidence who indeed
does the same but pesasubsequent one in Christ Church ,
as follows, (to wit) he says yt. Thomas Taylor< no role > Father
of the sd. Mathew, was curnt out of Christ Church
at the fire of London 49 years age, upon which he
went & lived att 3 years at Murrell hill & then
came & lived 10 or 12 years with us in Cripplegate
London , & then return'd to Christ Church again &
continued there till his death, by wch. computacon
he return'd to Christ Church att 34 years agve.}
