then in great decay for want of repaire, should

sd bridge to erect & sett up or cause to be erected
& set up a chain of Iron cross the path way & to be

psons driveing coaches, carts & other carriages

thereon every yeare, and that in their Judgmt. it would be a less charge to have the same paved wth. stone then
