Whereas Benjamin Girle< no role > of Bow in the parish of St Dunston
Stepney in the County of Middlx Carpenter and Margaret Thorngood< no role >
of Farmer Street in the parish of St Paul Shadwell in the said
County of Middlx Widdow were by Recognizance bearing date
the Two and Twentieth day of January last 1710/11 taken before
the Worshippfull Thomas Frampton< no role > Esqr . one of her Majties
Justices of the Peace of this County for the Appearance of Martha
Pritchett
< no role > the wife of William Pritchett< no role > at the then next Session
of the Peace to be holden for the County aforesaid at Hicks, Hall
in St John Street then & there to Answer the Complaint of
John Lewis< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife for frequently abuseing them in
their owne house in such manner that they cannot be at
quiet Etc

And for that the Said Martha Pritchet< no role > did not
appear at the said Sessions according to the tenure of the said
Recognizance Soe that the Same in become forfeited to the Queen
and the penalty therein menconed to be Levyed, And for that it
appears unto us whose hands and Seals are hereunto sett Two of
her Majties Justices of the Peace of the said County of Middlx (Quir
un) for good reasons shewed unto us that the said Recognizance
should not be Estreated into her Majties. Exchequer

These are therefore to desire you to fabear Estreating
the said Recognizance into her Majties Exchequer untill the next Sessions or further Order
and that in the mean time you doe respite the Same accordingly
And for yor. soe doing this shall be yor Warrant Given under our
hands and Seals this 22d of November Anno Dom 1711
