Recognizance Soe that the Same in become forfeited to the Queen
and the penalty therein menconed to be Levyed, And for that it
appears unto us whose hands and Seals are hereunto sett Two of
her Majties Justices of the Peace of the said County of Middlx (Quir
un) for good reasons shewed unto us that the said Recognizance
should not be Estreated into her Majties. Exchequer
These are therefore to desire you to fabear Estreating
the said Recognizance into her Majties Exchequer untill the next Sessions or further Order
and that in the mean time you doe respite the Same accordingly
And for yor. soe doing this shall be yor Warrant Given under our
hands and Seals this 22d of November Anno Dom 1711
