By adjournment same day
The Treasurer of this County having Stated to the Court
that there was an Arrear remaining due from the several High Constables
for this County of the Rate made in April Session last to the Amount of
£900 and upwards

It is Ordered That notice be immediately sent to the
several High Constables deficient as aforesaid directing them to pay to
the County Treasurer the several Sums due from them on Account of the
said Rate.

By adjournment same day
It is Ordered That William Watherston< no role > be permitted to
serve the Prisoners with Bread in the new Prison and the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell until the County day of the next Session.

A Particular of the Repairs necessary to be done to Brentford
Bridge being read in the following Words Vizt. "June 28th. 1785 To cut
"out all the decayed stones in the Arches and Cultivaters & put in new Portland
"Stone to make good do. with the best Tarris mortar & point up the rest of
"the stone work where wanting with the same, Take down the Wall on the
"North side as far as is given way & rebuild do. with good Mortar & well
"burnt grey Stock bricks & work in bond stones where necessary to
"tie in the same, To plough up and remove the Hill of Gravel in the
"River on the North side and carry it under the Arches where it is
"washed away and level the same to low water mark. The whole
"of the said Work to be done in a good substantial and workman like
"manner for the Sum ofevery material & Expence
"included" and also the advertisemt. for Estimates for executing
the same, and the following Proposals being laid before the Court Vizt.

No.1.. A Proposal of Thomas Hardwick< no role > to execute the same agreable to the
said Particular for the Sum of £53..7..0 every material and expence
included

No.2.. A Proposal of Richard Ducke< no role > to execute the same for the Sum of £66

No.3... A Proposal of P Bentley Mason & Francis Carrick< no role > Bricklayer
to execute the same for the Sum of £97..10..0.
