New Grand Jury
Room.

The several Walls Partitions finishing Pasing etc taken down
and made use of as far as they will go part of the Floor framed of
Firr Timber the same Scantling as the adjoining also Ground Joist
of Oak 4 by 4 and Oak Plates. The door ways and arch ways
made compleat agreable to the plan. The Floor laid with yellow
whole deal Boards Strait Joint Edge Naild and Headings
plow'd and tongued The Chimney & Trimmer Built of
Stock Bricks on Stone Cawbles with an Iron Barr The funnall
Conveyed together with the one from below over the Pediment
of a height as may be directed and Coped with Portland
Stone-The Wall limed with whole deal Dove taild Dads &
plain molded Base and Impost. The Walls Floated Stuco as
well as the arches next Hall a Floated 7 In Doric Medeglion
Cernice round the Room.

The Doors and Window finished or left so as at
Present with same materials a Veined marble mantle & Jambs
beaded 4 feet by 3 feet 6 Slab 2 feet wide with Fire stone hearth
and Coveings with a Wood Cornice Frieze & Pillasters plain

Lower Apartments
in Basement Story}

The new intended Vestibule to have a Plinth & Torus round and
Stucoed above and also the Stair Case adjoining-The Cielings &
Strings Common Lath & Plaister Whited-a door way Bricke'd up
agreable to plan and a new archway open'd next Stairs the sides
lined with framed work-one of the Stone Door cases with Linings
Door etc fixed in the front Arch.

a Flight of Purbeck Steps 3ft. 6in Wide fixed on
Brick work to lead up to apartments above with Plinth & Torus up the
same the Wall taken away & framed Partitions Bricknogged Substitutes
in the Room thereof the same on Footings of Brickwork with an Oak Bill
4 by 4 with door and frame etc removed from old vestibule The Iron
Gate from front alter'd and hiring next Passage on very strong Hooks
and a proper frame to the same-an Archway Cut through the Wall to
Continue the Stair Case upwards with framed Square Work to the
Square part of the same
