Clerkenwell Bridewell

Consideratn.}

A Report from the Committee appointed in February
Session last of revise the Table of Fees which have been
delivered to the Keeper of New Prison at Clerkenwell and the
Governor of the House of Correction there being presented
to this Court and read A Motion was made that the said
Report be referred back to the said Committee for further
Consideration and that the said Committee do also Consider
the usage and propriety of receiving persons in the said prison
without Commitment under the denomination of Night
Charges and Report their Opinion thereon and the same being
agreed to was Resolved accordingly

Resolved that Sir Sampson Wright< no role > Knight for
Robert Taylor< no role > Knight and John Barnfather< no role > Esquire three
of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County be of the
above Committee

levy the County rate}

It appearing unto this Court by the Examination of
several of the High Constables of and for this County that
they have duly made demand of such Sums of Money as by
an order of the Court of Quarter Session for this County made
in the Month of April last under and by virtue of an Act
