at Clerkenwell

Governor of the House of Correction
there being presented
to this Court and read A Motion was made that the said
Report be referred back to the said Committee for further
Consideration and that the said Committee do also Consider
the usage and propriety of receiving persons in the said prison
without Commitment under the denomination of Night
Charges and Report their Opinion thereon and the same being
agreed to was Resolved accordingly
