passing that your Petitioners Father in his time from an
increase in the number of conveyances had his allowance
increased £50 although the number of conveyances had not
increased in near the degree they had of late and that the
expence of conveying the Vagrants is greatly increased by
the additional number to be conveyed

Wherefore your Petitioner humbly prays your
Worships to take into consideration the circumstance,
of his case and Grant him such Relief as you in your
Wisdom and Justice shall think meet

and your Petitioner will ever pray Etc

Committee appointed to examine and audit the demands
made upon this County to consider the allegations contained
in the said Petition and to report their opinion whether any and

additional duty that has devolved upon him by the increase of
Vagrants

The Clerk of the Peace having stated to the Court that in the proceeding
of the Court yesterday a Resolution was come to that advertisements be
inserted for plans for a House of Correction in which advertisements persons
are to be referred to the office of the Clerk of the peace for an Inspection
of a plan of the ground and to receive other information concerning
the premises prayed that the Court would ascertain the information
which it is intended should be given on the occasion
