reelected Chairman of
the Sessions with thanks
for his last conduct}

His Majestys Justices of the peace for their County in this
present Session of the peace assembled Do Unanimously Reelect
William Mainwaring< no role > Esquire to be Chairman of the General and
General Quarter Session of the peace for this County for during the
half Year now next ensuing and do also Unanimously return
thanks to the said William Mainwaring< no role > for his able Administration
of Justice as Chairmen and punctual attention to the Duties of the Office
during the last half Year:

The Treasurer to the Comr.
for building a New
Session house to lay a
state of his accounts before
the Court.}

Order that the Treasurer to the Commissioners for
building a New Session house for this County do on the County day of
next Session lay a State of his Receipts and Disbursements before the
Court

The bread delivered to the
prisoners in Clerkenwell
Bridewell being deficient
in weight Mr. Bodington
one of the County
the Bakers dismissed.}

Complaint being made to this Court that upon weighing
the Bread delivered under an Order of Court to the prisoners in the House
of Correction at Clerkenwell many of the Leaves were found deficient in
Weight some two Princes and an half And Mr. John Boddington< no role > the
Baker who served the same Bread being sent for and attending and
admitting the fact A Motion was made that Mr John
Boddington
< no role > be no longer employed to serve the prisoners with Bread
in any of the prisons within the Jurisdiction of this Court and the same
being agreed to It was Ordered accordingly.

being deficient in weight
Mr. Lashbrooke one of
the County Bakers dismd.}

A like Complaint being made of deficiency in the Weight of the
Bread delivered to the Prisoners in the said House of Correction by Mr.
Thomas Lashbooke< no role > , some Loaves being wanting in Weight 4 Cunas and
the said Mr Thomas Lashbrooke< no role > being sent for but not being to be found
Mr John Harwood< no role > the Governour of the said House of Correction was
examined relative thereto and the matter of Complaint being fully
proved to the satisfaction of this Court A Motion was made that
Mr Thomas Lashbrooke< no role > be no longer employed to serve the Prisoners
with Bread in any of the Prisons within the Jurisdiction of this Court
and the same being agreed to It was Ordered accordingly.
