The further considn:
of the Report adjourned}

A Motion was now made that the further consideration of the
subject matter of the said Report and whether the Court should
agree with the Quakers for the purchase of their Interest in the Ground
and Buildings held by them under a Lease from this County upon the
Terms proposed by them be postponed till the County day of the next
Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and upon holding up
of hands there appeared for the Motion 16 against it 14 Whereupon
the Question was declared to be carried in the Affirmative

associated to form a
Rotation office for the
administration of Justices}

A Motion was made that as several Gentlemen in
the Commission of the peace for this County have associated together
to form a Rotation Office for the Administration of Justice within the
Divisions of Holbourn and Finsbury . places remote from any
establishment of the kind. & in the center of dissipation; and as
there are several Rooms in the Basement Story of the Sessions house
unappropriated, and detached from that part where the Business
of the County is carried on: and as such an Establishment has
heretofore been conducted in the Old Sessions house; and as it is
intended that it shall not be any cause of Expence to the County, and
as they have not a wish to exclude any Gentlemen in the Commission
of the Peace that will unite with them the Room at present occupiedby
for the same purpose near the Sub Hall, with the Room near adjoining
thereto, be used for the aforesaid Meeting, during such time as the
Sessions shall approve thereof and the same was carried in the
Affirmative

The House Keeper not
permit such persons
have had permission

[..] transacting public
business to make the same
[..] any other purpose}

Ordered that the House Keeper of this Session house do
not permit such persons as have had permission to make use of the
Session house for the purpose of transacting public business to make
use of the same for any other purpose than merely that of transacting
such Business.
