Recommended and referred to His Majestys Justices of the Peace now
here present or any five or more of them to view the said Window and
to examine what other communication there may be between the Tap
house and the said Prison and to order the said Window and all other
communications between the Premises to be forthwith effectually
stopped up.

Application being made to the Court by John Papworth
John Collins, William Thompson and Thomas Gilbert for, the settlement
of their Accounts being demands to the Amount of £313.10.9¼
for Work done by Order of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for this
County for completing the New Session house for the said County
Resolved that it be recommended to the Commissioners for building
the said Session house to take into consideration and examine into
the whole of their Receipts and Payments with a view to discover
whether the said Demands ought to be satisfied by His Majestys
Justices of the Peace or not
