It is Ordered that this present Session of the Peace
be adjourned until Saturday the fifth day of April next at Eleven
o'Clock in the forenoon precisely. And it is further Ordered by this
Court that the Plan for a New House of Correction or Bridewell at
Clerkenwell laid before the Sessions this day and also what Ground
will be necessary to be had adjoining to the New intended Bridewell
be then taken into Consideration and that notice thereof be
published in the public Newspapers.

The Clerk Reported that pursuant to the Order of Court made
on Thursday the 20th. day of March last he had caused an Advertize [..]
to be inserted in the several Morning Papers published within the
Metropolis giving notice of the Meeting this Day.

The Clerk laid before the Court a Letter which he had read
from the Committee of the Quakers School and Workhouse and the
same being Read as follows Vizts.

At a Six Weeks Meeting held at Grace Church Street the 1st. of the
"4th Month 1783.

This Meeting on considering the Letter from Henry
"Collingwood Selby, Clerk of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
respecting the purchase of the Lease of the Garden Ground behind
"the Workhouse in Clerkenwell represent in answer to the Justices
