A Report of His Majestys Justices of the peace
for this County
appointed to Search after a proper piece of Ground whereon to Erect a New
Session House being tendered unto this Court It is Ordered that the
hearing and Consideration of the said Report be and the same is
hereby postponed till the County day of the next General Quarter
Session of the peace to be holden for this County

The following Report from the Committee of His Majestys Justices
of the peace
appointed to oppose all attempts in Parliamt. that may
affect the Interest of this County in the St. James Haymarket
or deprive
the Justices of their Controul which for the benefit of the public they have
over the same and to give such Orders as may be necessary to enforce
the Laws relative thereto being read Vizt.

The Report of the Committee of his Majestys Justices appointed
to oppose any attempt that may be made in Parliament to deprive the
County of their Interest therein
The said Committee Report
That they have retained Mr. Edward Barwell< no role >
one of the Clerks belonging
to the House of Commons
in order to assist the Committee on their progress
through the House have taken such other Steps as were necessary in so
early a stage of the business and have particularly given directions to
the said Mr. Barwell to Transmit the Earliest intelligence of any Step
that may be taken in the House respecting the premises
