Build a Toll House and provide such other Conveniencies as
You shall Judge necessary

We will pay the Ground Rent and all Taxes chargeable
on the premises and Repair, Cleanse, Watch and Light the said
Market, and also the Street laying before the same Provided the
Tolls and Fees for setting up Selling Weighing and Registering Hay
and Straw as by Law established are granted us by Parliament

For the performances of the several matters above specified
we will give such Security as You shall require

And the said William Rhodes< no role > and Luke Ideson< no role >
attending and being called in and acknowledging the said printed
plan to be their own and being asked whether they had any thing
further to add to the proposals by them made as aforesaid but answering
in the Negative and being desired to withdraw A Motion was
made and Seconded that the Petition and proposal of Mr. William
Rhodes
< no role > and Mr. Luke Ideson< no role > be rejected which was carried an
unanimously in the affirmative Whereupon the said William Rhodes< no role >
and Luke Ideson< no role > were again called in and informed of the determination
of the Court And immediately afterwards a Motion was made and
Seconded that the following Gentleman Vizt.

and John Cox< no role > Esq

Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex and the rest of
the Justices above named or any three of them be a Committee
