other hurts that he do find and provide all Such Medicines
applications Instruments and Remedies as may be necessary in
the Recovery of the health and Cure of the prisoners and that for his
Skill attendance trouble Care and Medicines he be allowed
annually the Sum of Sixty Pounds to be paid Quarterly

A Motion was made that this Court do agree with this part of the said Commee
Report and the same being Resolved It is ordered that such part of the said Report as last above sd. being time
and the same is hereby Ratified & confirmed accordingly

This Committee further Report [..] being informedthatMr. Gibbes
Apothecary in New North Street Red Lyon Square is a person of
Knowledge and practice in his profession and great integrity and Worth
do recommend is to the Court to appoint the said Mr. Gibbs apothecary
to the said prisons

And immediately it was moved that this Court do
approve of this part of the said Report and the same was Resolved
accordingly

And afterwards it was Moved and Seconded that
this Court do appoint Thomas Gibbs< no role > of New North Street Red Lyon
Square Surgeon and Apothecary to New Prison and Clerkenwell
Bridewell and the same being agreed to It is Ordered that Thomas
Gibbs
< no role > be appointed Surgeon and Apothecary to New Prison and Clerkenwell
Bridewell accordingly

The said Committee further Report That
by the said Act the Justices as aforesaid are Authorized to direct the
Several Courts of Justice within their Respective Jurisdictions to be
property ventilated The Committee are of Opinion that the Courts of
Justice within their Jurisdictions are and have been for a length of time
well Ventilated

A Motion was made that this Court do agree with their
said Committee in this part of their said Report and the same being
Resolved It is Ordered that such part of the said Report as last
abovesaid be Confirmed and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed
accordingly

The said Committee further Report That
by the said Act the Justices as aforesaid are to order Cloaths to be
provided for prisoners when they see Occasion The Committee are of Opinion
that from the General Care of the Goalers in regard to their prisoners
and the healthy State of them there is no occasion to provide Cloaths
for the prisoners at present

That by the said Act the Justices as aforesaid are also
to prevent the prisoners from being kept under Ground whenever they
can do it conveniently, It appears to the Committee that the prisoner
