removed into such Rooms as soon as they shall be Sized with any
disorder and kept Separate from those who shall be in health It was
Resolved by the Committee that Mr. Rogers do view the Garrett [..]
of New Prison and Bridewell in order to form proper Rooms [..]
the Reception of the Sick Prisoners in each Prison

A Motion was made that this Court do approve of this part of the said
Committees Report and the same being agreed to It is Ordered that such part o the sd. Report as last ab [..]
sd. be Confirmed and the time is hereby Ratified and Confirmed accordingly

The sd. Committee
further Report}

That by the said Act the Justices as aforesaid are the
order Warm or Cold Baths or Commedious Bathing Tubs to be
provided in each Goal or Prison and to direct the Prisoners to be
Washed in such Warm or Cold Bathing Tubs according to the
Condition in which they shall be at the time before they are suffer [..]
to go out of such Goal or Prisons upon any occasion whatever

The Committee are of Opinion that two Commod [..]
Bathing Tubs be provided for each Goal and that the Clerk do proceed
the same and that the Goalers or Keepers of the said Goals do Strictly
Observe the directions of the said Act of Parliament in respect to the
Use and application of the same

A Motion was made that this Court do agree with their Committee in the
part of their said Report and being Resolved It is Ordered that such part of the sd. Report as last above
be Confirmed and the same ishereby ratified & Confirmed accordingly

And the said Committee
further Report}

That by the said Act the Justices as aforesaid
are to order the said Act to be painted in large and legible Character
upon a Board and being up in some Conspicuous parts of each of
the said Goals & Prisons It is the Opinion of this Committee
that the said Act ought to be printed and hung up in the Prisons
accordingly and the Surveyor is hereby Ordered to get the same forthwith
properly done under the direction of the Clerk

That by the said Act the Justices as aforesaid are
required to appoint an Experienced Surgeon or Apothecary at a
Stated Sallary to attend each Goal or prison respectively who sh [..]
Report to the said Justices by whom he is appointed at each Quarter
Sessions a State of the health of the prisoners under his Care or
Superintendance, This Committee are of Opinion that an Experienced
Apothecary be appointed according to the directions contained in the
said Act That the said Apothecary do attend each Goal or present
every day and whenever occasion may require that he shall Examine
into the State of health of such persons as are Confined there th [..]
he shall administer advice and Medicines to Such as are Sick
and not in health and dress such as have Wounds Bruises o [..]
