which said Report being read the Chairman in his Seat declared the

John Powsey William Croshaw< no role > Robert Golden Thomas Reynolds< no role > and
John Alefounder duly elected Surveyors or Supervisors to see the Rules
and Regulations contained in the said Act of Parliament for regulating
Buildings Etc well and truly observed within that part of the County of
Middlesex which lies within the jurisdiction of this Court during the
will and pleasure of the Court pursuant to the said Act

It is ordered that the balloting Lists be destroyed and the same were
immediately burnt accordingly

It is ordered that the thanks of this Court be returned to the Scrutineers
for their trouble on this occasion and the same are hereby given to them
accordingly.

Proceeded to appoint the several Surveyors to the respective Districts

Ordered that the same be by Ballot

Ordered that the Ballot close at 4 o' Clocks

Proceeded to Ballot

The same Gentlemen having been nominated and accepted of the Office
It is ordered that Robert Pell< no role > Stephen Guion< no role > & John Brettell< no role > Esquires
be the Scrutineers to examine the 2d Ballott

the Ballot being closed

It is ordered that the Clerk of the Peace do attend the Scrutineers
and that they do withdraw with the Ballot to examine the same

The Scrutineers having examined the Ballot returned and made the
following Report of the same vizt.

The Report of the Scrutineers appointed to examine into the Ballot for
distributing the several Surveyors into proper Districts

The said Scrutineers report that the following Persons appear to have the
Majority of Votes for the several Districts set against their respective Names
