and the same having been taken into consideration It is ordered
that the answer to the said Letter be "that this Court see no reason to
"reconsider the demand or to alter their former opinion" and that the
Clerk of the Peace do forthwith transmit the same to the said Boult [..]

In Consequence of your request I laid your letter of the 14th of
July Instant before the Court on the County day of last Session; and
in pursuance of their Order I am now to inform you, that the Court
see no reason to reconsider your demand, or alter their former opinion
of it.

The Clerk of the Peace having laid before this Court an Act of
Parliament intilled an Act for preserving the health of Prisoner
in Goal and preventing the Goal Distemper It is ordered that
several Matters contained in the said Act of Parliament so far as
they affect this County be and the same are hereby referred to the
Committee appointed to carry into immediate execution the Repairs
of the Goals who are hereby desired to consider the same and report
their opinion thereon to this Court

Mr James Elmore< no role > having preferred unto this Court an Account of such
Prisoners in his Custody who were discharged and acquitted at the Last
Session with a charge upon the County for the same amounting to £1. [..]
in pursuance of an Act of Parliament lately passed respecting Goaler
Fees. It is ordered that the said Account together with the said Act be
and the same are hereby referred to the Committee appointed to carry
into immediate execution the repair of the Prisons the said Committee
who are hereby desired to consider the same and report their opinion thereof
It is ordered that the Report and proposal of Mr Edward Hall< no role > Governor of the House
Correction concerning the keeping to constant hard Labour those persons who are commi [..]
to his Custody in execution which stood adjourned to this day be and the same is hereby refe [..]
to the Committee or the immediate and effectual repair of the Prisons for them to consider and rep [..]
