chargeable by Act of Parliament on the said County which Inquisitions contain
the Name of the dead Bodies viewed being thirty three in Number And it
appearing unto this Court by Writing under the Hands of Francis Bedwell and
Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqrs . Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
said County that they have Examined the said Account And that there is due
for the same the Sum of Thirty five Pounds eight Shillings and Nine pence
It is Ordered by this Court that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County Do
pay the said Sum of Thirty five Pounds eight Shillings and nine pence unto
the said Coroner in full of his said Demand whose Receipt together with this

Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such Paymt.

An Account of Inquisitions having been produced before this Court by
John Feary< no role > Gent Coroner for the City and Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middx therein mentioning the same to be taken on the View of dead Bodys
within the said City and Liberty from the 21st. day of October 1760 to the 30th.
Day of March last And chargeable by Act of Parliament on the said County
which Inquisitions contain the Names of the dead Bodys viewed being
thirteen in Number And it appearing unto this Court by Writing under
the Hands of Francis Bedwell< no role > and Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esquires two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County That they have examind
the said Account And that there is due for the same to the said Coroner the Sum
of Thirteen Pounds ten Shillings and six pence It is Ordered by this Court
that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County Do pay the said Sum of thirteen
Pounds ten Shillings and Six pence unto the said Coroner in full of his said
Demand whose Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment

of the House of Correction for the County of Middlesex by the Death of Henry
Wallbank

Jones
< no role > ; - who, I am persuaded, will exceute that Office to your
satisfaction; And I shall think my self much obliged to those
Gentlemen, who will have a Regard to my Recommend Action upon
this Occasion; Being Gentlemen
