in the County of Middx to be discharged from
his Office Setting forth by his petition that he hath served
the said Office for three years all but about three Months
and that his private Affairs calling him very much for
home and out of the County of Middlesex
at this time
mill render him uncapable to perform his Duty without
great Prejudice to himself This Court being Satisfied of
the truth of the premisses and being willing to relieve
him in respect thereof doth appoint

is to Stand absolutely discharged from being high Constable
within the division and hundred aforesaid.
