be granted under their hands and Seals as often as they Shall
think needful Order that the High Constable of Such Division do
Sumon and take to his Assistance the Several Petty Constables and
Headboroughs within Such Division (whom this Court doth require
to aid and assist him herein) or So many of them as he Shall think
Sufficient for this Purpose, And that Such High Constable together
with the Petty Constables and Headboroughs whom he Shall So take
to his Assistance do apprehend all and every Person or Persons who
Shall be gaming or playing at any Unlawful Game or Games on
the Lords Day within Such Division or whom they Shall find committing
any Riots or Assaults or Breaches of his Majestys Peace And that
the Said Petty Constables and Headboroughs as assistants to Such
High Constable do carry all and every Person or Persons So offending
before one or more of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for this
County to be dealt with according to Law.

By adjornment on Thursday the 21st. Day of April 1748 .

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby recommended &

John Milner< no role > James Clitherow< no role > Luke Robinson< no role > Stephen Beckingham< no role >
Barwell Smith< no role > Vigerus Edwards Henry Broadhead< no role > Richard
Ricards Thomas Moore< no role > Philip Dyot George Errington< no role > Joseph
Hucks Merry< no role > Teshmaker Robert Paul< no role > Samuel Tatem< no role > John Tall< no role >
Francis Hole< no role > Boulton Mainwaring< no role > and Walter Berry< no role > Esqrs . or any
three or more of them as a Committee to meet together at Hicks hall
in St. John Street in the Said County on Tuesday the twenty fourth day
of May next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to peruse and inspect
the Account of the Inspectors appointed to use their Endeavours to put
a Stop to the Spreading of the Distemper amongst the horned Cattle in
this County of Moneys by them claymed to be due to them for their Service
and for how long time, and also to inspect and peruse the Bill of Mr.
Partington for Coals, Stationary Wares, Furniture and other Necessarys
used at the House in Hatton Garden , And to State what is due and
reasonable to be allowed to each Person respectively, And to make
their Report touching the Premisses to the Court of the next General
Sessions of the Peace for this County.
