and one Penny, this Court doth agree to the Said Account
and Report made concerning the Same, And doth ratify
and Confirm the Said Account and Report, And the Same
are hereby ratifyed and confirmed accordingly.

By adjornment on Thursday the 26th. Day of February, 1746 .

Order for Mr. Higgs the
Treasurer to pay £6.6s.0d.
to Mr.Steadman
for his trouble in & about
the Surveying the Middx
part of Chertsea Bridge.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County do pay unto Mr.Steadman
a Surveyor the Sum of Six Pounds and Six Shillings
allowed to him by this Court for his trouble and pains
in and about the Surveying of the Middx part of Chertsea
Bridge before the Same was begun to be rebuilt, And
that the Said Mr. Steadman's Receipt together with
this Order Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said
Treasurer for Such payment.

By adjornment on Thursday the 26th. Day of February 1746.

Pipes and erecting a
Brick Wall at the House
of Correction at
Clerkenwell .}

Information being given unto this Court by Boulton
Mainwaring Esqr . one of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the
Peace of this County that he together with others of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace have taken a view of the
House of Correction at Clerkenwell to See if any and
what Repairs were wanting and necessary to be done
thereunto, And that they think it necessary & requisite
that Some Pipes< no role > Should be made and placed for the
conveying and carrying of the Urine and foul Water
which lodged there, and that the Wooden Fence (which
Seperates the Garden from the Prisoners Yard) being out
of repair, It will be much better & more durable that
a Brick Wall, One and an half thick, beerected
